Purchase problems
Payments are processed by Fusion Foods LLC through Square. Contact fusionfoodswallc@gmail.com or open a purchase ticket for missing codes, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or content that does not match its description. Keep your Square receipt and order reference.
Unused codes
You may request a refund for an unused code within 14 days of purchase. We verify that the code remains unused before refunding it and disabling it.
Redeemed content
We review fulfillment problems, misdescription, unauthorized charges and other requests individually. This policy does not limit rights required by law. Never send card numbers or account passwords to support.
Timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when they appear. A support submission is not itself a refund approval.
