Information we use
Game accounts use email addresses and authentication credentials managed through Supabase. Browsing does not require an account. Support forms collect email, age range, topic and message. Birthdates entered at sign-up and checkout are processed to check the 13+ eligibility rule; the website does not retain them or send them to Square. Guest purchases create order references and purchase-code hashes. Square handles payment details; this website never collects or stores full card numbers.
Purpose and sharing
We use data to provide accounts, fulfill verified purchases, answer support requests, prevent abuse and secure services. Hosting is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; Supabase provides application storage and authentication; Square processes payments. Auction status does not publish buyer emails, private account IDs or private transaction details. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies and retention
Encrypted secure cookies maintain an optional website sign-in session and expire after 15 minutes without activity. Character choices are stored against the verified game account. Essential secure cookies can retain a guest purchase so you can retrieve its code after returning from Square. The cart stores only product identifiers and pack quantities in your browser so it survives a refresh. It does not store birthdates or card information. We do not use advertising cookies. We retain account information while needed for the account, support records for up to 24 months after resolution, and transaction records as required for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Abuse-prevention records are retained briefly and periodically removed. Providers may retain technical logs under their own policies.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact fusionfoodswallc@gmail.com or open a privacy ticket to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We may retain information when legally required or necessary to resolve a transaction or security issue.
Children and sensitive information
The service is intended for ages 13 and over. Children under 13 must not submit personal information or create accounts. Players and purchasers must be at least 13. Ages 13–17 require parent or guardian permission. Never send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers or health information in support forms. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.
Security and changes
Keep purchase and ticket keys private. We use access controls and verified payment fulfillment, but no system is risk-free. We update this policy when practices change and provide notices required by applicable law.
