How do I start playing?
Download the Windows launcher. It checks for updates before starting the game. Sign in with your game account, or create one and verify your email.
Is the game finished?
No. Epicor Legends is open to play while in active development. Check Updates for published changes.
Is public multiplayer online?
Check World status. The Release 112 PC-hosted preview includes equipment appearance and travel fixes, three shared areas and private party instances. External Internet reachability and current PC uptime are not automatically verified here. A responding account service alone does not confirm gameplay-server availability.
Do I need a website account?
Sign in to view auctions, browse the shop and purchase. Updates, status, downloads and support remain public. Sign into the game to play and redeem a purchase.
How do purchase codes work?
Complete verified Square checkout, keep your code private, and redeem it in the updated standalone Windows game under Online Account. Each purchased code can be claimed once and is permanently bound to the claiming account.
Which platform can use website codes?
Standalone Windows. Steam, PlayStation and iOS builds use their platform purchase systems when integrated. Do not assume a website code works on those platforms.
Can I refund an unused code?
You can request a refund for an unused code within 14 days. See the refund policy for details and statutory-rights information.
What is the inventory limit?
Characters start with 100 slots. Each expansion adds 10, up to 300.
Who operates Epicor Legends?
Fusion Foods LLC operates the Cayde Entertainment brand and processes website purchases through its Square account.
